Attorney Assistant is a company that provides law firms with highly trained virtual assistants who handle client intake, administrative tasks, and case management. They sought to modernize its marketing and operations systems while maintaining its existing Salesforce instance. The goal was to improve marketing efficiency and data flow between departments and two tools, while ensuring compliance with strict legal and GDPR requirements.
The firm had no prior experience with HubSpot and required a seamless integration with its Salesforce-based sales environment. The key challenge was to define clear system boundaries (syncing rules), determining what data and processes would be handled in HubSpot versus Salesforce, while maintaining full GDPR compliance and data integrity. The internal team needed to be trained from the ground up to confidently manage HubSpot’s tools and features.
After several weeks of strategic planning and requirement gathering, we established a clear system division: HubSpot would manage marketing, content, and operations, while Salesforce would remain the primary sales platform. Our role focused on ensuring a secure and compliant integration between the two systems. We designed and implemented data flows that respected GDPR regulations, aligning with the firm’s legal standards. In parallel, we conducted comprehensive team training covering HubSpot’s Marketing, Content, and Operations Hubs, including landing page creation, workflows, automation, and CRM best practices.
The project resulted in a fully integrated, GDPR-compliant ecosystem connecting HubSpot and Salesforce. The law firm’s team gained the confidence and capability to independently manage campaigns, content, and automation workflows within HubSpot. The foundation HeyOrange created, enabled the firm to execute data-driven marketing activities while maintaining strict compliance and operational clarity across both systems.
